At Apollo Scooters, we want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for unused electric scooters in their original packaging. Our goal is to ensure you find the perfect high-performance ride for your daily commute.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start the return process and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Scooter

  Carefully repack your scooter in its original box with all included accessories, chargers, and manuals to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team inspects the unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
